Our Financial and Payment Policies 

Thank you for choosing Integrity Family Counseling. Our primary mission is to deliver the best and most comprehensive care available.

We do require payment prior to your appointment if you are a self-pay client as well as the co-pay for your insurance if it applies. As an important part of the mission is making the cost of optimal care as easy and manageable for our patients as possible, we offer several payment options.
For patients with insurance, we are happy to work with your carrier to maximize your benefit and directly bill them for reimbursement for your treatment. ² As a service to all our clients, we also file secondary insurance claims for you, but please be aware:

  • If you have commercial insurance (through an employer or private pay) AND Medicaid, we are required to file through the commercial plan first.

    • Medicaid will not pay until commercial insurance considers the claim.

  • If you have Medicare AND Medicaid, we are required to file through Medicare first.

-   Cash/check, Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover Card® or CareCredit® Healthcare Credit Card
- Convenient Monthly Payment Plans¹ from CareCredit
                       o          Allow you to pay over time
                       o          No annual fees or pre-payment penalties
