Samantha Hall-Fisher, Ph.D., LMHC
Dr. Hall-Fisher works with school-age children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Western Carolina University in North Carolina and both her Master’s degree and her Doctorate from Walden University.
Specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, mood disorders, abuse/neglect, LGBTQ+, and marriage/family issues, she also has advanced training in CBT, TF-CBT, and Adoption-Competent Therapy.

Kevin Dugan, Ph.D., HSPP
Dr. Dugan graduated in 2002 from Ball State University with a doctorate in Counseling Psychology. He also has an MA in Community Counseling and Theological Studies. His undergrad BS is in Computer Science from Purdue University.
Working with adults, teens, and school-aged children as well as couples and families, he specializes in treating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and religious/spiritual issues.
Dr. Dugan predominately uses Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy as the psychological research has scientifically demonstrated it to be effective in treating anxiety, depression, self-esteem and many other issues. He also believes in the goodness of everyone, and works hard to create a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic encounter for his clients.

John Stark, LMHC
John Stark is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s degree in Counseling from Denver Theological Seminary. Certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Therapeutic Adoption Competency, he is also specifically trained in family systems and marital counseling. John is goal oriented and truly enjoys helping his clients navigate difficult circumstances and overcome obstacles in their lives.

Tracey Fisher, MSW
Tracey graduated from Indiana University School of Social work at IUPUI with a Master’s in Social Work. She enjoys working with children (ages 4+), adolescents, adults, and families. She has training and experience in Functional Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. She uses a strengths-based approach to addressing mental health disorders, family conflict, and as well as childhood trauma. Tracey also is experienced and enjoys working with children and adults with special needs.

Laura Redding, LMHCA
Laura enjoys working with preschool and school-aged children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy with a client-centered approach to treat anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. Laura earned a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University Kokomo.

Nicole Stuber, LMHCA
Nikki graduated from Indiana University Kokomo with a Master’s degree in mental health counseling. She enjoys working with children (ages 4+), adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She utilizes cognitive behavior therapy, solution focused therapy, and a strengths-based perspective to treat mental health disorders, family, and marriage issues, as well as everyday stressors.

Brandon Walters, LMHCA
Brandon works with school-aged children, adolescents, and adults. He focuses on the treatment of depression, anxiety, Opposition Defiance Disorder (ODD), mood disorders, and family issues. He has training in CBT, solution focused therapy, and advanced training/experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). He is also an Indiana University Kokomo graduate with a Master's degree in mental health counseling.
Michael Turley, MA
Michael obtained his MA in Educational Psychology from Ball State University in 1984. He has extensive
experience in addiction, recovery, and relapse prevention of both adults and adolescents. Michael works
with adults, adolescents, and children with issues related to anxiety and depression or other mood
disorders, and specializes in working with children with school-related problems, including ADHD, FASD,
and other special needs, Reactive Attachment Disorder, and mood and behavior disorders. Michael has
advanced training in adoption and post-adoption issues and is a Certified Parent Support Volunteer for
In*Source, working with children with special needs and their families in dealing with the education
system and special education services.

Sharon Isaacs, FNP
Sharon Isaacs works with school-aged children, adolescents, and adults. She enjoys seeing and treating people with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mood disorders. She completed her education at Indiana Wesleyan University where she received both her Baccalaureate and Master’s degrees in Nursing. She is a Board-certified Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care.

Brittany Christmas, FNP
Brittany has worked as a registered nurse for the past 11 years in the Department of Corrections setting. It was during this time, that Brittany's interest and passion for patients suffering from mental illness was recognized. In 2022, she became a Family Nurse Practitioner and began with Integrity Family Counseling. Brittany is very dedicated to helping people.

Heather Hall-Fisher, B.A., CMT is a licensed massage therapist who has worked professionally in this field for over 15 years. Heather works with both adults and children and is available by appointment.

Esthetician, Massage Therapist, and Mental Health Counselor

Raynee Elmore, LMHCA, ES, MT
Raynee is a licensed Esthetician and Massage Therapist. Raynee has earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Science with health promotion concentration, minors in psychology and nutrition, as well as a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from IU of Kokomo. She received her LMHCA and is currently working toward LMHC state licensure. Raynee's goal is to combine health services with her current professions in order to care for the client's needs from the inside out. Stress relief, wellness, and improved mental health conditions are Raynee's belief to achieve an overall balanced life.
For over 20 years, Raynee has worked in the skin care industry, which includes working with a board-certified plastic surgeon for 12 of those years. Raynee enjoys developing relationships with clients, helping renew aging skin, improving skin pigmentation/texture, and relieving stress in a therapeutic environment. Raynee has enjoyed extensive researching product ingredients and how they work on the skin. Raynee's spa utilizes gluten-free, organic, and chemical free skin care products to promote and implement safe, healthy products. Taking care of the skin and relieve pain with compassion, understanding and relaxation are a top priority for Raynee.
Therapy Interns
Integrity accepts applications from post graduate students who seek internships for clinical experience. From the many applications we receive, we choose only a few top candidates. Then, under the close supervision of psychologist Dr. Kevin Dugan, these interns apply their extensive training to counsel clients. These important experiences, combined with further coursework enabled our newest crop of interns to achieve their Master of Arts degrees in Counseling. Soon they will each be ready to take the demanding board exam and be credentialled as Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associates (LMHCA).


Deray Boyd, MA
Earning his Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University at Kokomo, Deray works with clients in all age groups. His background also includes extensive training and experience with children having special needs. Before working at Integrity he worked exclusively with Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy.
Susan Conner, MA
Susan works with school aged children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She has advanced training in Adoption Competency, Sexually Maladaptive Youth, and Theraplay. Completing the Indiana University Kokomo Mental Health Program, she earned her Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling.
Michael R. Turley, MA

Taylor Ludlow, MA
Taylor graduated from Indiana University Kokomo with her Masters in Mental Health Counseling. She enjoys working with young parents, teens, and families. She utilizes Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She specializes in the treatment of childhood trauma, sexual trauma, anxiety, and depression.

Jessica McHugh, MA
Jessica enjoys working with school-age children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. She likes to work with teens and young adults who are navigating tough transitions and difficult interpersonal relationships. Jessica also enjoys working with families who are experiencing conflict within their family system. Jessica utilizes Family Systems Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy to guide therapeutic change. She works from a collaborative and non-judgmental framework. Jessica earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University Kokomo.
